Delivery Policy We hand deliver to the Chicago metro area Monday through Saturday. Orders must be received before 12 P.M. CST for same day delivery. Orders received after 12 P.M. CST will be delivered the following day (exept Sundays). Delivery times to Funeral Homes is very important. In the special instructions area of the shopping cart, there is a box where you can type any additional information we need to know about regarding your funeral flowers. If you like, you can even request in this area for us to contact you to assure you that we have the funeral flower order and that we know the delivery time tables. Call us directly and arrange it 877-998-1430. Our hand delivery fee of $14.99 will be added to each order, for each address. Incomplete or incorrect shipping information may delay your order and may result in additional shipping charges. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.We do not deliver to PO Boxes. We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international and long distance orders over the Internet. Our Delivery Area We deliver to all areas in Chicago, Cook County, Du Page, Lake County Will County, Illinois. Substitution Policy Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, availability of some flowers may be very limited in certain areas. Also, specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery. In this event, we will deliver a second choice of similar flowers and container of equal value and beauty closely themed. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color. |
